Job Description – WORK FROM OFFICE (INDIRANAGAR, BANGALORE)
- Answering incoming and making outgoing calls.
- Maintain Call quality as per the quality parameters.
- Maintain average call handling time.
- Good writing skills.
- Assist the customer in placing the order.
- Fluency in English. (Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali/Marathi) is an addition not mandatory.
- Team player.
- Complete assigned work on a daily basis.
- Shift Adherence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Attending and making voice calls and maintaining quality.
- On-time login.
- Maintain call quality.
- Maintain average call handling time.
- Assist the customer in placing the order.
- Fluency in English. (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) is an addition not mandatory.
- Team player
- Complete assigned work on a daily basis.
- Send daily report.
- Shift timings (Female – 7 AM to 4 PM, Male – 1 PM to 10 PM, and Part time – 5 PM to 10 PM)
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Freshers can also apply.
- 2nd PUC Minimum
- Good communication skills and critical thinking.
