Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Intrepid team to provide office-based support.  You will partner with internal and external clients to manage travel, meetings, calendars, events, meals, and supplies. This position reports directly to the Director of Administration.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming calls and assist incoming visitors.
  • Perform administrative and office support activities such as overseeing conference room calendars, maintaining files, and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Open the office every morning at 8:00 a.m. and maintain all areas of the office, including, but not limited to, reception, kitchen, conference rooms, huddle rooms, production, and all storage space.
  • Process business expenses.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, creative mind, and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated, problem-solver, and a good communicator with the ability to multitask.
  • Effective writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Bachelors or Associates’s degree preferred.
