Job Description:
- Answering large volume of calls
- Initiating outbound calls to clients regarding their accounts
- Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered to clients
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Proficiency in handling a high volume of calls required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Clear telephone speaking voice, paired with excellent communication skills required
- All Candidates must pass a proficiency test
- Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, and Multi-tasking are a must
- Must be reliable and punctual with a great work ethic, Professionalism
- Must have High-Speed Business Class Internet
- Must clear a Criminal Background check
