Job details
This large government organization is on the lookout for an experienced Digital Business Analyst for a 6-month engagement to assist with a number of initiatives within the digital space, with a focus on making the lives of people across the region easier. Working in a cross-functional team, you will work collaboratively with UX designers, content producers, and other stakeholders to meet user needs and deliver customer-facing applications.
As the role spans across the entirety of the SDLC, having experience as a Digital BA, Product Owner or Project Manager is critical. Other helpful skills and experience include:
- Amazing communication skills and ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience working on digital projects using Agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of UX, as well as the ability to analyze customer feedback and identify needs for improvement
- Strong skills in Microsoft products
