Verve Talent & Literary Agency is seeking a driven Coordinator to support the Talent team with key business initiatives and all administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and appropriately handling confidential information.

You will:

  • Interface with high-profile clients, managers, and executives with the utmost professionalism
  • Manage various grids for the team, which are the ongoing lists of all active projects and the main source of informational flow when it comes to sourcing and tracking opportunities for our clients
  • Keep track of all of your team’s project-specific submissions and meetings
  • Keep up-to-date studio mandates and reports in coordination with associate assistants
  • Provide reports on team goals and accomplishments
  • Track jobs booked by our clients and jobs booked by clients at other agencies
  • Track signing pursuits
  • Prep for and take notes in various team meetings and sending follow up immediately after
  • Keep track of your team’s client premieres
  • Compile noteworthy news in coordination with other coordinators
  • Awareness of and tracking materials in the marketplace (specs, books, IP, etc)
  • Keep track of studio executive and producer changes
  • Keep lists of production companies and talent deals with studios
  • Cover small bookable projects and source paying opportunities for our clients


  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time assistant experience at an agency/management company, Talent division preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills, strong follow-up
  • Must practice discretion at all times and safeguard confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
