Position Summary
Provides support in coordinating medical testing to fulfill client and travel requirements for all applicable personnel.

- The role provides the opportunity to work virtually.
Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
- Dedicated point of contact and front-line resource for Global Mobility/Operations/Project Management
- Prioritize medical testing requests
- Contact employees to arrange medical testing
- Schedule medical appointments with clinics
- Follow-up with employees and clinics for medical results
- Ensure trackers are maintained for accuracy
- Ensure that updates/clearance statuses are provided to requestors timely
- Ensure results are uploaded to HRIS through the proper channels
- Provide frequent status updates to Global Mobility/Operations
- Provide weekend coverage as needed
- Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
- Reports to HR Supervisor, Employee Solutions Center
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills must be able to prioritize work and meet timelines
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information
DESIRED
- Recent college graduate with a specialty in HR looking to enter a career in HR
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
- Ability to work independently when needed and demonstrate initiative to take on additional tasks
- Ability to build relationships with people whose assistance, cooperation, and support may be needed
