Position Summary

Provides support in coordinating medical testing to fulfill client and travel requirements for all applicable personnel.

WORK LOCATION

  • The role provides the opportunity to work virtually.

Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

  • Dedicated point of contact and front-line resource for Global Mobility/Operations/Project Management
  • Prioritize medical testing requests
  • Contact employees to arrange medical testing
  • Schedule medical appointments with clinics
  • Follow-up with employees and clinics for medical results
  • Ensure trackers are maintained for accuracy
  • Ensure that updates/clearance statuses are provided to requestors timely
  • Ensure results are uploaded to HRIS through the proper channels
  • Provide frequent status updates to Global Mobility/Operations
  • Provide weekend coverage as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

  • Reports to HR Supervisor, Employee Solutions Center

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Strong communication skills, oral and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills must be able to prioritize work and meet timelines
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information

DESIRED

  • Recent college graduate with a specialty in HR looking to enter a career in HR

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

  • Ability to work independently when needed and demonstrate initiative to take on additional tasks
  • Ability to build relationships with people whose assistance, cooperation, and support may be needed
