Work on a global service desk that performs the following duties:
- Resolve functional issues for customers
- Respond to tickets following SLA guidelines
- Record, track, and document the help desk problem-solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution
- Respond to requests and issues promptly
- Provide remote support to end users
- Engage in heavy use of Windows devices
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the customer and customer-specific business environment
- Develop and maintain an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and department key performance requirements
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and classroom training
- Minimum 2 years of Hospitality Customer experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management Systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Customer Care Satisfaction
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Hospitality Reservation Management
As required by Colorado Law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of Colorado only, the starting range of pay for this role is $22.44 – $32.44 per hour, and information on benefits is here.
