Under the general supervision of the Operations Supervisor, the Office Services Clerk will be responsible for all office services support duties in the Downtown Los Angeles office, including fulfilling requests for scans, prints, and copies, managing the mail

And preparing FedEx packages. Additionally, you will have responsibility for the facility and hospitality relief. This position interacts with colleagues in a team setting and upholds the image of the Firm by maintaining positive contact with clients, attorneys, and staff.


On any given day, you will be working with your colleagues on a variety of requests and projects.  You will:

  • Complete internal mail runs and daily Post Office trips. Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Pick up and deliver packages from outside delivery services as needed. Prepare FedEx packages.
  • Scan, print, fax and copy to complete various customer service requests.
  • Stock supplies and paper. Set up offices with proper furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Send out and receive all messenger requests.
  • Provides backup to other administrative services areas as needed, including regular hospitality relief, which will involve cleaning and stocking lunchrooms and kitchen areas and/or setting up beverages and food services in conference rooms.
  • Clean and organize areas in need of maintenance.
  • Assist with scheduling of conference rooms.
  • Set up and clean up conference rooms.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of office services experience in an office environment is required.
  • Excellent communication and proactive customer service skills are a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Outlook
  • Flexibility to adjust hours and to work additional hours as necessary to meet operating and business needs
