Our client is searching for a Personal Assistant in NYC. The position is extremely flexible with hours ranging around 35-40 hours per week, this will be a hybrid role allowing for some on-site hours and some remote hours. 


  • Communicate effectively and professionally with our accounting firm, law firms, principal’s office staff, property managers, apartment building personnel, and service personnel.
  • Manage and facilitate the payment of bills and invoices, which includes managing cash flow and carefully attending to balances of multiple accounts.
  • Collect and upload all information requested by the accounting firm and financial advisors.
  • Successful and efficient completion of household tasks that include planning parties, coordinating services like housekeeping, purchasing supplies, managing maintenance services, gift purchases, holiday card preparation, ordering gifts/flowers for others, etc.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
  • Arrange travel details for family and additional travelers, and track these on itineraries for each trip.
  • Complete business tasks requested by the principal.

General Schedule: Full time / 8 hours a day

Stipend for health insurance and paid legal holidays that fall on the days regularly worked, 2 weeks of vacation
