This is not an RN Vaccinator position!

You’ll be providing DocGo services in New York to provide excellent care for people experiencing homelessness as part of a team with support from a team including social workers and health providers.

This means you will provide care for adult patients facing chronic and complex conditions (e.g., co-morbid medical and mental health diagnoses, limited personal resources, chronic medical conditions.)

You will gather history and physical exams and diagnostics as needed and then develop and implement treatment plans given the patient’s goals of care and current conditions. This will include screening for chronic conditions, management of substance use disorders, provision of vaccinations, wound care, and more.


  • Administering Vaccines.
  • Administer medication to patients and measure vital signs.
  • Monitor the patient’s progress and changes in behavior.
  • Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols.
  • Prepare and submit all services delivered through our report system within 24 hours of the patient consultation
  • Be a team player, and provide necessary assistance to ensure system sanitation, readiness, and adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Remain up to date with current standards of care, including equipment functions and uses and all certifications, licenses, and registrations.
  • Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner at all times when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and or the public.
  • Performs other duties as required


  • Must have NY RN License
  • 2 or more years of nursing experience preferred
  • Experience performing wound care preferred
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
