PROFILE

As a Temporary Operations Associate, you are part of the team that is the backbone of the store and essential in providing the best possible experience for every client that walks through our doors. It takes a lot of effort to make sure our stores have the right products in the right place at the right time to fuel our clients’ beauty obsessions. That’s where our operations team comes in, to keep our stores looking beautiful and running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include

  • Supporting Operational Excellence
  • Ensure all shipping and receiving activities are completed in a timely manner
  • Restock merchandise and supplies on the sales floor
  • Reviewing all visual elements in the store and communicating missing or damaged pieces to store leadership
  • Maintaining, organizing, and cleaning the stockroom and sales floor areas as needed

 

Supporting Store Success

  • Be knowledgeable of cashier functions
  • Grow sales and build brand loyalty by opening new Sephora Credit Card accounts and signing up clients to be a Beauty Insider
  • Provide a welcoming environment for our clients
  • Help make a beautiful first impression by keeping the store sparkling and stocked
  • Embrace your winning spirit and drive results by contributing to your store’s sales goals and sharing your knowledge of Sephora’s policies and standards
  • Support special events, promotions, and priorities as they come up
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies
  • Participate in programs to reduce loss
  • Demonstrate Sephora Values Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative

We would love to hear from you if have

  • A passion for retail and love working with people
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/storage systems
  • Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment and stay aware of changing store priorities as they arise
  • Flexible availability that may include evenings, weekends, mornings, and/or holidays
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for an entire shift, work in a fragrance-filled environment
  • Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and other policies in the Sephora Employee Handbook
