From operational leadership and crew planning to safety and service procedures, our Inflight Services team provides the innovative approaches, tools, training, and guidance needed for our flight attendants to deliver the best possible customer experience, and aid in our mission to become the best airline in the history of aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

This analyst works to provide a top-shelf engagement experience to team members in the inflight crew planning, scheduling, and administration (CSPA) department. The analyst will engage with every part of the organization to ensure department assets are accurate and current, as well as manage a portfolio of initiatives to ensure engagement throughout the team.

The analyst will also have responsibilities to engage with appropriate team members to support the creation of time-sensitive communications to our Flight Attendant population.

  • Development and maintenance of CSPA department sites and document repository
  • Ongoing support of JCBA negotiations
  • Production and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Development and implementation of time-sensitive communication materials

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience or  Master’s degree
  • Communications, Business, or similar
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Previous experience with writing material for various audiences
  • Proficiency with United’s communication channels including Flying Together, Teams, and CCS
  • Experience with commonly used social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MS Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Flight Attendant JCBA
  • Awareness of Inflight business practices including United’s Brand policies
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
