- Write, publish, and maintain partner and consumer-facing documentation
- Make small edits to existing content
- Create Help Centers
- Handle multiple projects to meet our turnaround time expectations while maintaining high-quality content
- Create high-quality references, support, and how-to articles
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps in content
- Draft, develop, and publish content
- High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in English (or a similar subject)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Design Style guide
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Agile Project management
- Minimum 1 year of experience with the Editing Process
- Minimum 2 years of writing experience
- Experience working within a content management system and/or basic HTML
- Ability to write according to our internal style guide
- Strong communication skills with a strong writing and editing ability
- Project management skills
- Customer service skills
As required by Colorado Law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $26.77 – $36.77.
